Refund & Dispute Policy
Clear expectations for your website, your project and your information.
Effective October 20, 2026
1. Custom services and refunds
Web design and development involve custom labor performed for your individual project. Refund eligibility depends on your project agreement, the work completed and applicable law. Work already completed and delivered may be non-refundable. An approved refund reflects unperformed portions of the agreed project rather than completed work.
2. Raise a concern early
Contact Myou as soon as you notice an issue. Identify your project, explain the concern and describe your preferred resolution. Please do not send payment card details or sensitive identity documents. We will review the scope, delivery and relevant communications, and discuss reasonable options such as correction within scope, remaining work or an appropriate refund.
3. Third-party expenses
Costs purchased or committed specifically for your project, such as approved domains, hosting, licenses or assets, may be non-refundable where legally permitted. These expenses and applicable supplier restrictions should be disclosed in your project agreement.
4. Refund review and payment disputes
Please contact the studio first so the issue can be reviewed and reasonably resolved. This request does not restrict your right to contact your payment provider or exercise statutory rights. Any approved refund amount and expected processing timing will be communicated in writing. Refunds ordinarily use the original payment method where available; provider processing times may vary.
5. Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Your signed project agreement may provide additional protections. Mandatory applicable law takes precedence over inconsistent terms.
