Cancellation Policy
Clear expectations for your website, your project and your information.
Effective October 20, 2026
1. How to cancel
Request cancellation by contacting Myou as early as possible. Identify the project and your request clearly. A written confirmation will explain the status of the project, work performed and any applicable balance or refund.
2. Before work begins
A project may generally be cancelled without charges for unperformed work if development has not begun, subject to any agreed third-party expenses already purchased or committed for the project and applicable law.
3. After work begins
Charges may apply for work already performed under the agreed scope. Unperformed portions will be reviewed for any appropriate refund. Myou will explain the work completed and calculation of any balance or refund; cancellation does not automatically make the entire project fee payable.
4. Project-specific expenses
Approved third-party costs specifically purchased or committed for your project may not be refundable where permitted by law and subject to the supplier’s terms. Any transferable files or access will be handled according to the project agreement and applicable rights.
5. Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Read the Refund & Dispute Policy for the review process and contact the studio if you believe a charge or delivery is incorrect.
